ITALY: shipping is throughout Italy always free . Delivery is guaranteed within 24-48 hours from the order date for most domestic shipments.

EU COUNTRIES: in European Union member countries, delivery is guaranteed to most destinations in 4-5 working days.

NON-EU COUNTRIES: delivery to all countries in the world is guaranteed with maximum speed and accuracy in shipping. However, we are not responsible for taxes or customs duties for shipments outside the EU. For all these countries, taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
The satisfaction of our customers comes first, which is why making a return is quick and easy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return the purchased product by notifying us within 7 days of the delivery date.

The only conditions required are inherent to the product:

– it must not have been used, therefore it must be intact
– must not have suffered any type of damage
– must have the tag attached and be equipped with its original packaging
– The simultaneous collection with the courier is the responsibility of the customer
